4. Where do we keep records?
   • GitHub repo for public meeting notes
   • Blog post on djangoproject.com with link to notes
   • Other options considered:
     • Markdown files in a repo?
     • Github issues to track discussions with locked threads
     • Forum with a locked thread to a specific group
5. How do votes work?
   • Resolved to discuss things internally the publish consensus in public as one voice
   • This will require a change to DEP-10 in the future
   • DSF board is in support of us doing what works best
6. DEPs discussion
   • django-tasks will be put off until 6.0 release
   • Experimental APIs needs a review and put forth for opinion/approval

8. Ways DSF can support Steering Council
   • Administrative assistant
   • Travel grants potentially
   • Access to djangoproject.com for posting blogs, otherwise ask Jacob
   • Facilitate communication with DSF membership
9. Easy wins
   • Approve Mariusz as merger
   • Drop ‘Last Modified’ field, shouldn’t require a vote
   • Terminology, doesn’t require vote

   • Support md files for DEPs, doesn’t require vote
